Ha az EU-n kivülre megy az ismerős és repülővel, akkor 250g-ot hozhat dohányból. Ha nem repülővel megy, akkor viszont csak 50g az amit behozhat.
Pl:
USA-ból jön és repülővel érkezik akkor 250g
Szerbiából jön kocsival akkor 50g
De fontos!
Ennyit is csak akkor, ha nincsen nála sem cigaretta, sem szivar.
Légi úton 200db cigaretta és 50 db szivar
Nem légi úton 40 cigaretta és 10 szivar
Ezek viszont külön-külön jelentik az adómentesség 100%-át.
Azaz Szerbiából jön valaki kocsival és van nála 1 doboz cigi, akkor már az adómentesség 50%-át elhasználta, így dohányból már csak 25g-ot hozhat, szivarból pedig már csak 5db-ot!
Ugyanez repülővel és fordított logikában: ha van nála 10 szivar, akkor a dohánykeret 20%-át használta ki, így pipadohányra 200g marad.
